Supplier Matching & NDA
We identify verified suppliers who match your specification and facilitate mutual NDA execution. You receive a dossier on each supplier including their mining licence, export history, and previous assay results.
Sample & Assay
A sample shipment is dispatched to an agreed independent laboratory. You receive the full assay certificate confirming purity (e.g. 22kt / 916.7 fineness), weight, and chain-of-custody documentation.
Pricing & Escrow
Pricing is pegged to the LBMA AM fix on the agreed settlement date. Funds are held in a reputable escrow arrangement — released to the seller only upon buyer confirmation of receipt and assay compliance.
Export Licensing & Customs
Our in-country team files all export permits, customs declarations, and country-of-origin certificates. We liaise with revenue authorities in Kenya, DRC, Sudan, Mali, or Burkina Faso as required.
Secure Delivery & Settlement
Product is shipped via bonded, insured precious-metals courier. On confirmed safe delivery and final assay, escrow is released. Full settlement documentation is provided for your auditors.
